Quality of Information Check
A “Quality of Information Check” stands as a analytical counter measure to uncover the opposing parties denial and deception. Essentially, this methodology is the action of measuring the validity of information sources posed by the opposing party. In practice, information quality is checked on a reoccurring bases. As new information is received the information’s quality is checked and compared to prior information. The source of the information is examined in the context of background, motivation, and the context in which the information is uncovered. Thus, the true value of the subject information is measured.
This methodology is critical in criminal defense investigations. One, the validity of information is fully realized. Secondly, the resulting analysis production will expose information gaps, corroboration of information, and motivations behind the subject information. In turn, the ensuing criminal defense investigation is able to meet the following objectives:
1. Uncover information gaps
2. Confirm suspected invalid information
4. Uncover denied information
5. Counter deceptive practices
